If the building work is due to complete in 2021 or further down the line, we can do a full study for you of your financial situation, give you an Agreement in Principle. This provides you with the peace of mind, that you will secure the finance you need when the time comes to complete on your new build property.
If your new build property will be ready this year, then we can move the paperwork now and achieve a full approval on your mortgage even during this time of crisis.

The banks are still operating and approving mortgages as normal and the paperwork can all be done via e-mail, in pdf format and submitted online.
