As we move forward to the end of 2020
The year has been a strange one, from restrictions on travel, developments on hold to the whole banking sector being extra cautious. We keep asking ourselves, is the continued demand to buy property in Spain due to the “new normal” that is now allowing those previously confined to an office, to work anywhere they choose? Tempting isn’t it?
Rain or Spain?
We think we could be biased on this one, but where else can you hold meetings outside all year in the sunshine over coffee, work from home with super-fast fibre connections, or the ability to take the afternoon off and either head to the beach or up to the slopes of Sierra Nevada!
